A PDF QR code is a dynamic QR code backed by a short redirect link. You upload a PDF to Qrinly, and the system hosts it at a unique short URL. The QR code encodes that short URL — not the file itself. When scanned, the redirect delivers the PDF to the user's browser or phone.
