1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Qrinly (“the platform”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Qrinly provides QR code generation, URL shortening, dynamic link management, and related analytics tools. We offer both free and paid tiers. Features and limits may change over time.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • One account per person or entity unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Qrinly to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or deceptive materials.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Circumvent platform limits or access controls.
  • Resell the service without written permission.

5. Content you create

You retain ownership of content you create using Qrinly. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host and serve your content as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your QR codes, links, or files.

6. Free tier

Qrinly offers a free tier with limited features. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice. Free-tier content may be subject to retention limits.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your content will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrinly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
